Flip phones have gone from being all the rage, to being a minority amongst a sea of slider phones, bar phones, and smart phones. In the beginning of cell phones, we saw devices that looked much bulkier than the traditional cordless phone, and then we moved on to the flip phone. In spite of seeing a trend of slider phones, swivel phones, and bar phones, the flip phone has still managed to hold its ground and as the years go by; it becomes more sophisticated and gets a bit smaller.

Flip phones are available through many different manufacturers, across all cell phone carriers, and are available in many different models designed to fit nearly any budget.

Cell phones have undergone a lot of changes over the years. A recent incarnation happens to be the flip phones. Flip phones are a good answer to that.

The Nokia 2720 Fold is a flip phone which is affordable as well as useful. The flip phone has taken a step back. The handset comes with a 1.3 mega pixel camera which operates at a resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels. The inclusion of the MP3/MP4 player and stereo FM radio offers the means of entertainment. Downloaded music and video files can be played with the added benefit of the players’ ability to play all major audio and video file formats.

The phone, as mentioned before is a flip phone. This usually means the handset comes with 2 screens, one of which is the main internal screen and a smaller external screen.
